If you wish to return or exchange an item,

We are selling NEW HIGH QUALITY GOODS at a big discount so our returns policy is strict but fair, we accept things do go wrong and we will do our best to fix it for you, but you must appreciate we cannot accept goods back that are not in perfect condition.

Exchange and Refunds:
As a Planet Watches customer we want you to be 100% happy and satisfied every time you shop with us. We know that occasionally you may wish to return an item that is faulty or it may not be what you expected - you may even sometimes change your mind. Our full return procedures and conditions are as follows.

Returning any goods:
When returning goods for whatever reason you must first contact Planet Watches sales on 0845 365 17 65 or email sales@planetwatches.co.uk. You will then be advised appropriately on the steps to take.

Unwanted Goods:

A: We will only refund the cost of the goods!

B: If you choose Free Delivery you will be charged £3.50 to cover processing fees.

C: The goods must be in perfect condition.

D: Any short fall including packaging, manuals, accessories will be deducted from the refund at the appropriate rate for a replacement of the missing items.

In addition to the unwanted goods we also require all the original packaging, any protective packaging, identification tags etc. all properly packed in the manner in which it was originally received. Therefore please retain any original packing and please be careful when opening any parcel from us. Please remember the goods we sell are high quality items often of high value so please treat them with respect!

Failure to follow the above may significantly delay your refund or credit.

Return of faulty goods:

A: Faulty goods will be replaced free of charge but it is the responsibility of the customer to return ONLY the faulty product to Planet Watches.

B: Goods must be returned in 7 working days from reporting any fault. Note: Only the faulty item will be dealt with, any original packaging and accessories accompanying the item will be returned to the customer along with the repaired or replacement item.

C: Postage charges are only refunded for goods that are faulty on arrival.

D: If the product was faulty on arrival it will be replaced.

E: If the product became faulty within the warranty period it will be sent for repair.

If a refund is required on returned faulty products: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the goods in 7 working days from reporting any fault.

Cancelled orders and unwanted goods:

Under the Distance Selling Act you have 7 days from the day after the arrival of the goods to cancel your contract. The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were despatched (e.g), unworn, unused, complete with all packaging and in a re-saleable state. The goods remain YOUR property until a refund is provided and if approved, will be provided within \\\\\\\"30 days of cancellation\\\\\\\". If these conditions are not met then a refund will be refused. For wholly unwanted goods we will only refund the purchase value of the product excluding any delivery charges.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
