UK Delivery (Free): Standard Delivery to the UK is FREE! (Royal Mail 2nd class)
If you want goods fast for a birthday or your going on a trip DO NOT choose this option, Free delivery is slow because it is CHEAP, soo cheap its free! How the goods get to you is down to our discretion. However it is reliable and you will get your goods but it may take 4-5 working days so please be patient.
Please note: If you return goods after free delivery simply because you no longer want them you will be charged a nominal fee of £3.50 to cover the original cost of postage and processing. Is this fair? Well the next time you buy something at high street prices, return it to the shop and ask them for your petrol, insurance, road tax and parking back? If the product is delivered faulty or the wrong item sent in error, you will not be charged.

UK Delivery (Next Day) (Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier)
If you require a next day delivery (available Mon-Fri only), this is available for £7.50 by selecting the Next Day Delivery option during checkout (not available 21 Dec-4 Jan). Orders are sent by Courier or Royal Mail Next Day Delivery and arrive the next working day by 6.00 pm (Mon-Fri). Please note that a signature is required on delivery so someone will need to be at the delivery address to receive the parcel. Please note that next day delivery for UK orders is only available for orders placed by 4pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after this time will only be despatched the following day. Any Next Day Delivery orders placed by 4pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Next Day Delivery orders placed after 4pm on Fridays, on weekends or bank holidays will only be despatched on the next working day to arrive the day after. Next Day Delivery to remote or outlying areas of the UK will take on average 2 working days. Please note that Next Day Delivery charges are non-refundable if an order is returned. We aim to despatch orders received by 2pm the same day they are received (excluding Bank Holidays and Weekends), but delivery time is subject to Royal Mail and same day despatch is not guaranteed.
