Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping is free for UK mainland, the price you see is the price you pay. Free Delivery is despatched using Royal Mail recorded 1st Class Post, this is not a guaranteed service and generally takes 2 - 3 days. If you require your goods the next day there is an extra charge! £5.50 exc VAT. Guaranteed next day delivery service is limited to UK Mainland only. Delivery is made before 1 p.m. the next working day. Items ordered for next day delivery must be received by 3.00 p.m. and all deliveries require a signature on receipt. Orders placed on Friday are despatched promptly but are only guaranteed for delivery Monday. Please select Next Day Delivery when prompted. If in stock your order will be given top priority and shipped the same day.

International delivery including Europe is £12.00 exc VAT. This service is provided by Royal Mail International Signed. Delivery can take from 3 - 10 working days for goods to arrive at their destination. A signature is required on receipt.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All products are Manufacturer Originals and are included with appropriate certification and proof of authenticity when provided by the manufacturer. All products are covered by a minimum manufacturers 1 year guarantee, some manufacturers offer more.

Returns Policy Please note we provide high quality products at the best possible prices this means keeping our costs to a minimum thus saving you money. If you are unsure about a product purchase Please Please call us first we will be more than happy to advise you. Refunds are expensive and unfortunately if you simply don't like the product we must pass the refund charge on to you.

If you are not completely satisfied by your purchase you can return it to us within 7 working days for a refund of the total paid minus a restocking charge of £6.50 Inc VAT. This covers transaction charges and initial free postage costs.

Special Extended returns for christmas:
We are aware that many purchases made this time of year are for christmas presents, so for all purchases made from 1st December 2006 we are allowing returns up to January 5th 2007 subject to our normal terms and conditions as explained below.

Returns will only be accepted if :

- Product & Packaging is in a resalable condition
- Products must still have all protective plastic and covers intact
- Certificates of authenticity and serial number tags are intact and undamaged

If in any doubt about your purchase do not remove any protective packaging or covers from the watch, Please contact us, once removed you have accepted the good in its entirety and cannot be accepted for refund.

Though each product sold is checked before despatch, should the rare event occur that you receive a faulty (dead on arrival) product please contact us immediately in order to arrange replacement. It is the purchasers responsibility to return the product within 7 days of receipt.

Products that become faulty within the manufacturers warranty period should be returned to Planetwatches.co.uk, whereupon we will make your warranty claim from the manufacturer on your behalf. Many watches require specialist handling so it is imperative that they are returned to the manufacturer to preserve any warranty that may exist.

Under any circumstance it is the purchaser's responsibility to return the purchased product to Planet Watches before any warranty or refund claim can be made. Any return postage charges incurred are not refundable. It is advisable to use an insured method of postage for your security.

Return of faulty goods:

Exchange: Faulty goods will be replaced free of charge but it is the responsibility of the customer to return the faulty product only to Sport Tek. Goods must be returned in 7 working days from reporting any fault. Note: Only the faulty item will be replaced, any original packaging and accessories accompanying the item will be returned to the customer along with the replacement item. Postage charges are only refunded for goods that are faulty on arrival or develop a fault within 7 days of reciept.

Refund: If a refund is required on returned faulty products: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the goods in 7 working days from reporting any fault. Please include all the original packaging and accessories packed in the maner to which they were supplied. Any short fall will be deducted from the refund at the appropriate rate for a replacement of the missing item. We do not refund the cost of postage for returning unwanted items.

Goods that are returned faulty within 30 days of purchase can be replaced or a refund provided. Returns after this period will only be replaced or a credit note provided as a claim is then made under the manufacturers warranty.
